1. Complaints related to in-process orders
Advertisers: Communicate with the Blogger completing your order (i.e. writing and publishing the post/article/review) using our text chat function. When the article is submitted, you receive an eMail Notification. Afterwards, you can approve it or send it back to have it rewritten. The amount of objections is not limited.
Bloggers: You can communicate with the advertiser about the completion of an awarded contract (i.e. writing and publishing the post/article/review) according to the Advertiser’s input and campaign settings using our text chat function. You are obliged to comply with the Advertiser’s requests and specifications. If there are any mistakes in your task or you have got technical problems when submitting it, please, contact Admin Posts Genius. By this action, your deadline is frozen.
2. Complaints related to finished orders
Advertisers: The order is finished once you indicate fulfillment of the order or after five days has lapsed since the Blogger indicates completion(in case there were no objections). Once the order is completed, we guarantee your Post will remain published for 1 year. If the article/post/review does not remain for this timeframe, we will return your money in full for that article/post/review.
Bloggers: An order is completed once it has been published for 30 days after the Advertiser approval (for security reasons). Remember that the Post has to remain published on your blog or website for 1 year; if you remove it for any reason, intentionally or not, we will deduct the commission from your account.
3. Order cancellation and other returns
Posts Genius is an advertising system, so it is not possible to cancel an order that has been shipped (i.e. the money has been funded to the user’s account). However, if you place an order in the Posts Genius Client area and contact customer service within 24 hours and money has not been funded yet, it is possible to cancel the order and return your money. We will make every effort to fulfill clients wishes for the cancellation of an order. For more information, read our Terms and Conditions of Service.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, user login email, the order number, and your contact information.
4. Fraudulent credit card charges or fraudulent claims
Our legal department investigates all requests to negate charges. Fraudulent claims of unauthorized card usage are reported to the appropriate credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, negative information on your credit, report and possible criminal charges.
